Top Rated Movies on Trakt

This report is just an example of how we can retrieve data from a publicly available web API. It shows the top 500 rated movies of all time by year and genre. Note that each movie can have more than one genre.

Some Power BI concepts implemented:

• All visual will dynamically filter each other upon interaction except for the treemap, as multiple genres can exist for a movie .
